DELIVERY QUESTIONS
“If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?”
Every order is posted within 1 business day from the moment it is ordered. (Business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, and exclude weekends and public holidays).
We use Australia Post. You can find out more by calling Australia Post on 13 11 18.
Delivery time depends on where you live. We post everything as soon as possible, so most bigger packages being sent to Australia, or those using Registered Post, will arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
Packages to other countries around the world usually arrive between 2 and 10 business days of ordering. We send via Airmail. Depending on where you are situated, every package arrives at its destination between 2 and 10 business days if you live in a metropolitan area of a major city. Other places may take slightly longer.
Orders can only be despatched when they are processed, which means payment has been finalised. Online credit card orders can be considered processed immediately and will be despatched without delay. If you elect to post a cheque, money order or direct credit our bank account, your order will not be considered processed until we receive the payment at our office, and items cannot not be despatched until then.
“How Much Do You Charge For Postage?”
Australian & NZ Postage – REGULAR
$9.00 AU per order Flat Rate to all parts of Australia and New Zealand regardless of weight. Registered Post can be nominated (for an additional $6.00 AU) at the checkout.
International Postage – REGULAR
$29.00 AU per order Flat Rate to any country. We currently post to anywhere on the planet, although delivery times vary. All Parcels are sent regular Air Mail, unless Registered Post is nominated (for an additional $6.00 AU) at the checkout.
Australian and International Postage – REGISTERED
Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery. Our $6.00 Registered Postage option, available at the checkout, has the following benefits:
- A unique identification number for every article
- Proof of posting is available
- A signature obtained on delivery
- Compensation of up to $100 is included within Australia
Regarding international postage, please note that standard delivery times are for between metropolitan areas of major cities and excludes time in customs if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Endless Event’s control. Overseas customers, although it is not common, please be aware that import duties may apply in certain territories.
We charge a flat fee per order regardless how many items are ordered, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This means, even if you by 100 items, we cover the excess postage, and you simply pay the same Flate Rate.
If no one can be there to sign for delivery, and you would like the parcel left in your absence, you can specify these instructions in the comments box at the checkout. (For instance, “no signature required, please leave on front veranda if not home”). Please note that if you elect that no signature is required and for the parcel to be left, we cannot bear responsibility if your parcel is lost.
“Do You Deliver To Overseas Addresses?”
Yes! We presently ship to all countries.
“Do You Have A Shop, Or Can I Pick Up My Order?”
Endless Event exists entirely as an online store. Unfortunately we cannot have the public visit our warehouse for safety and security reasons.

“Which Ways Do You Accept Payment?”
Endless Event currently accepts secure payment via:
- Credit Card online (Visa and Mastercard)
- Paypal (using Credit Card OR Paypal account)
- Direct Deposit
- Cheque/Money Order
“Can I Pay By Direct Deposit?”
Yes, you can pay by making a direct deposit of the correct amount into our bank account. Firstly you will need to email sales@endlessevent.com to obtain our business banking information. It is usually easiest to start a 'dummy' order on the website, then to type, or copy and paste, that information with prices into the email you send us, so we know what items to send you and how much to expect.
Make sure that you include your postage address in the email too! We'll email you back to let you know that your order has been received, and once payment has cleared we'll also email you an invoice. The hard copy invoice will be received, as usual, with the goods.
When paying by Direct Deposit, please include your Full Name in the description box when transferring your payment. Please note that orders cannot be fulfilled, and stock availability cannot be assured, until payment is received.
“What are Your Details for Sending Cheques or Money Orders?”
Please ensure that cheques and money orders are made out in Australian Dollars only.
Please make cheques and money orders payable to ‘Endless Event’, and ensure to include a note (or even better, a print-out) of what you want to order along with prices, and your contact phone number, address and email.

“Can I Gift Wrap a Group of Items?”
It's not possible for us to group items for gift-wrapping. Each item in a gift order is wrapped individually, and a wrapping fee is charged for each item that's wrapped.
“Can I Provide a Note to My Recipient That Will Be Enclosed With My Gift?”
Yes, when you choose to have an item gift wrapped, you will be offered an option to include a free gift card, and a chance to type a personal message on it.
Gift message are limited to a maximum of 250 characters of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient.
“What Does Endless Event Gift Wrap Look Like?”
Endless Event wraps each present beautifully and professionally with high quality gift packaging (pattern may vary) and matching organza ribbon, with a metallic seal enclosing the gift in an inner leaf of delicate tissue paper. The wrapping we choose is appropriate for male or female recipients, and suitable for all occasions. We make sure that your loved one is impressed! Take advantage of our FREE gift cards with your personal message to accompany each gift.
“What information is included on a packing slip with a gift? Will my recipient see the price?”
If an item is requested to be gift wrapped, we automatically assume that it is a gift, and the item is sent without displaying any prices. The packing slip only includes information on the items included in the shipment, the purchaser’s name, and the gift note (if the giver chooses to enclose one).
“Can I include many gift wrapped packages in the same order to the same address?”
Yes. If your order includes items intended for different people at the same address and you request gift wrapping, please be sure to enter a gift message for each item so that when the gifts arrive, it will be clear which item is intended for whom.
"Can I include many gift wrapped packages in the same order to different addresses?”
Yes. You can now take care of all your gift shopping at one online store, simply paying for additional postage charges for each address. As you get the chance to enter a different address for each item, you'll also get the chance to enter a personal message for a free gift card for each item purchased. Just follow the prompts at the checkout.
"What Does it Mean that Endless Event is a Verified by Visa Merchant?"
Endless Event is a Verified by Visa merchant, which means that we offer better enhanced security than your typical online store. We have met long lists of certain criteria with the bank. If you elect to do so, we give you the option to use a personal password while making purchases online, giving you the added assurance that only YOU can use your Visa card. This protection is similar to entering your PIN at an ATM.
"Why am I Safe Shopping with Endless Event?"
You are safe shopping online with Endless Event. Our 128 bit or greater secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that unauthorised persons cannot access it over the Internet. Enjoy shopping on our site knowing that you are secure.
"What is SSL?"
The most common form of secure encryption is known as Secure Sockets Layer or SSL for short. SSL encrypts data by breaking it up into small pieces so that the information cannot be read by anyone attempting to intercept it.
"Do You Store My Credit Details?"
No. Endless Event does not, and will not, store your credit card details, electronically, or on our premises. We use ANZ for our Merchant Banking and all your credit card details are dealt with in a virtual banking environment. Our staff abide by policies and procedures to keep all information secure and confidential, and we never see your credit details, encrypted or otherwise, and they are never entered onto our Internet Server.
"What Is My Security Code?"
An ever growing number of online stores now require a CVV or CSC card verification number when making a purchase. The CVV or CSC code is the small code located on the back of your card on the signature bar. Endless Event processes orders by requiring the last 3 digits of the code. This is to prevent fraudulent purchases from someone who has managed to get your name; card number and expiration date from being able to make purchases using your card.
