I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated marathon event. I will not ask for a refund of tickets by any means from the organizer. I have been certified to be physically fit by a licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers, its agents, employees, associates, the organizing committee, and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims, or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/or misrepresentation made herein.

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including GST and applicable taxes.
All Sales are FINAL
If the event attendee is different from the credit card holder, a copy of the credit card used for ticket purchase must be produced along with the order.
All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Any failure in providing the aforementioned documents may result in denial of admission to the event with no refund.
A printout of the order receipt issued by endlessevent.com should be produced at the venue.
In case of event being cancelled/postponed Endless Event will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the service fee.
The person in whose name the ticket is issued must also be present at the door with valid photo ID.
