All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

1) By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.

Age Limit: 3+ years.

Rights of admission reserved with the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior intimation.

Entry will be permitted after thorough security check and through specified entrances only.

Re-entry is not permitted.

No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, match-box and flammable items/matches flammable items, illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue and the seating area ("Prohibited Items"). Ticket holders` belongings will be searched on entry to the Event.

If ticket holder elects not to consent to such searches, and/or are found in possession of Prohibited Items, they may be denied entry to the Event without refund or other compensation.

This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organizer and the management of the venue.

The organizer does not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to persons, or any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.

The organizer and the venue shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorized copy or reproduction of this ticket. Except as set out herein the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.

The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organizer. Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket internet handling fee and per order processing fee shall be non-refundable.

The ticket is not valid for entry if the security features affixed on the ticket are tampered with.

Any dispute or claim to be settled shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Vadodara

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

All secondary performances (if any) and line-up are subject to Artist`s discretion.

The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

The use of audio and/or video equipment including still cameras and any recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Organizer has the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder appearing to be intoxicated or inappropriately, or for any other behavior likely to harass persons, cause damage, injury, and/or nuisance at the Event. The organizer`s decision is final in this regard.
